Rosé
Made
in traditional Saignée style. Aromatic with
light salmon colour, rose petal and strawberry
flavour. Wine was fermented dry and aged in seasoned French barrels to
achieve a savoury finish.
2009
Chardonnay
Light
straw colour, melon and lime fruit characters along with seamless and
subtle oak integration. The wine exhibits a crisp acidity and lingering
flavour. A great match for Asian dishes.
2010
Riesling
Pale
straw colour. A lovely aromatic wine with citrus, lime and apple
characters with defined minerality. Crisp
acidity that promises great cellar potential. Superb with oysters and
sea food.
2007
Shiraz
Deep
crimson colour shows the intensity of this wine. A powerful bouquet is
followed by a palate dominated by pure wild river blackberry, cherries,
pepper and spicy nuances. The wine has lovely balance and length
matched with fine soft tannins. Truly, a great food wine.
2008
Cabernet Sauvignon
Pronounced
black currant, berry and cherry fruit spectrum with hints of mocha,
chocolate and earth. Fine silky tannins with outstanding length of
flavour. Match this with lamb or eye fillet.
2005
Shiraz Cabernet
On
the palate, lifted berry fruit flavour with matching fine tannin
structure. Great length of flavour make this
an outstanding food wine. A great match with scotch fillet or stir fry
dishes.
